Farrah Qureshi, CEO of Global Diversity Practice, is a globally recognised expert on diversity and inclusion. Farrah’s mission is to transform organisational culture and she works most effectively at board, CEO and leadership levels.

With over 25 years of experience, Farrah aligns her outputs to organisational transformation, leadership behaviours, cultural change and behavioural economics, always combined with a strategic business focused approach.

A pioneer in global diversity consulting, she has created effective programmes for clients in over 100 companies in over 150 countries. A career highlight was leading the consultancy team that designed the diversity strategy and delivered the diversity training that ensured that D&I were embedded at the heart of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Farrah’s work has been recognised with many awards and nominations including from Asian Women of Achievement, Northern Power Women, Santander and Walmart international. Farrah is listed on the Northern Power 100 Women and she was awarded the Bloomberg Excellence in Diversity Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.

Farrah has headlined conferences for Walmart and Unilever, and is a regular keynote speaker on D&I, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. Farrah received accolades for her presentations to the World Bank as a keynote speaker for their World Diversity Celebrations in Washington DC in 2009. She presented to the European Union on international best practice in diversity and inclusion and at Erasmus University Business School on women in leadership.

She pioneered the first diversity learning module delivered to International MBA students representing 70 nationalities at Warwick Business School. Farrah also set up a global diversity network think-tank to provide thought and practice leadership for global diversity issues.

Farrah is the author of Understanding Diversity – An Organisational Guide and she contributed to Understanding Dignity @ Work. Farrah was part of the expert panel in the creation of the fourth Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmark: Standards for Organizations around the World (GDIB), a tool for helping organisations determine strategy and measure progress.

Farrah holds a BA (Hons) in Organisation Studies and an MA in Policy Studies. Farrah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
