Dora Michail

Managing Director, Digital, The Telegraph Media Group

Dora has been the Managing Director for Digital at The Telegraph since February 2017. Prior to The Telegraph she held various digital roles, including most recently at Yahoo where she led the Advertising Marketplace for the EMEA region. Alongside her Digital responsibilities at The Telegraph, Dora is the Executive sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion. She set up the company’s D&I network in September and provided the framework for the creation of The Telegraph’s various employee resource groups, covering LGBTQ+, BAME, Accessibility, Gender & Parenting. Prior to this, she was responsible for running the Yahoo EMEA Programmatic & Audience Marketplace. Her team focused on data-driven programmatic video, display, and native media sales via the Brightroll Exchange, as well as Brightroll DSP sales, supply & data acquisition, analytics and insights. Prior to this, Dora was Yahoo's Head of Optimisation where she led a team of analysts across six markets and was responsible for campaign management, analysis, and performance. She started working at Yahoo following the acquisition of Blue Lithium – the US start-up ad network – in 2007, where Dora was an early UK employee, creating and leading the client service and optimisation team for display advertising. Dora's digital career began back in 2003, at the search engine Ask Jeeves, where she was the UK Travel Editor, responsible for the travel vertical’s search relevancy results.

Sandra Ondraschek-Norris

Senior Director Corporate Engagement, Catalyst

As a Senior Director at Catalyst, Sandra Ondraschek-Norris works with leading global organisations as a facilitator, consultant and relationship manager, supporting Catalyst members to create more diverse, inclusive and innovative workplaces.

In recent years, she’s played a key role in Catalyst’s MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) initiative, facilitating MARC Workshops with leadership teams at multinational companies across Europe.

She has spent over 25 years of her career working as a trainer and facilitator with individuals and organizations in Ireland, England, Switzerland and the United States on a wide range of issues such as work-life effectiveness, resilience, motivation, change guidance and leadership.

Sandra graduated with Honors in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and holds a number of professional qualifications in training, adult education and counselling. She is a citizen of Ireland and Switzerland, currently residing in Switzerland.
