Nathalie Gordon

Creative, Writer, Influencer

Nathalie Gordon is an award winning Creative. By day, she works on clients from Pilgrims Choice to Amazon and runs a scheme for single Creatives. By night she’s the co-founder of several side-hustles from Taxi Fabric, which turns taxi interiors into moving canvas' to show communities how impactful design can be, to #thisdoesnotmeanyes - a photography project which saw her meet the Queen. And she co-founded the #SOwhiteproject highlighting AdLand’s diversity issue.

She has blogs for Huffington Post for over 4 years and contributes to Campaign magazine. Highly regarded as a female Creative trying to implement change she has also been voted a top 9 female Creative (The Drum), a female leader redefining the Creative industry (The Dots), a top 30 trailblazer (Creative Equals) and just won the IPA’s Women of Tomorrow award.

Sandra Ondraschek-Norris

Senior Director Corporate Engagement, Catalyst

As a Senior Director at Catalyst, Sandra Ondraschek-Norris works with leading global organisations as a facilitator, consultant and relationship manager, supporting Catalyst members to create more diverse, inclusive and innovative workplaces.

In recent years, she’s played a key role in Catalyst’s MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) initiative, facilitating MARC Workshops with leadership teams at multinational companies across Europe.

She has spent over 25 years of her career working as a trainer and facilitator with individuals and organizations in Ireland, England, Switzerland and the United States on a wide range of issues such as work-life effectiveness, resilience, motivation, change guidance and leadership.

Sandra graduated with Honors in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and holds a number of professional qualifications in training, adult education and counselling. She is a citizen of Ireland and Switzerland, currently residing in Switzerland.
