This year we have committed to challenging bias and inequality and celebrate women’s achievements by:

  1. Creating a diverse speaker panel featuring inspiring women in marketing and media
  2. Challenge stereotypes through increasing awareness of issues facing women in marketing and media such as gender pay gap, and lack of female representation in leadership positions and highlighting research and statistics on portrayal of women in advertising with our partners
  3. Raise women’s visibility as spokespeople in the marketing and media industry
  4. Celebrate women’s journeys and the barriers overcome
  5. Hail the success of women leaders
