Caroline joined CCE in 2010 as a regional director in the field sales area and moved to head up Operational Marketing in 2013. The operational marketing department consists of portfolio (brands), category planning and shopper marketing. As well as her marketing role, Caroline heads up the GB Women’s network and she is passionate about enabling women to achieve their full potential. Started her career at Cadbury Trebor Bassett where she world across all of the commercial areas (account management, category, channel, and brand management) across Grocery, Wholesale and Impulse. She then moved to Britvic soft drinks where she worked for 7 years across sales and latterly marketing.
